织机开口工艺商榷

摘要 针对已刊文章《创新5/3直贡缎上机工艺,不断提高喷气织机效率》一文中提出的关于经纱断头若干问题,更全面地探讨了织机开口工艺的理论基础及其应用;指出:喷气织机不存在"清晰梭口"与"半清晰梭口"之说,重点应考虑经纱张力;缎纹组织采用"顶点位置分组"和"慢启动"减少综框启动时对经纱的冲击,但会导致平综时冲击加剧、断头增加;"延长后梭口"可减小经纱张力差异,但有利有弊;建议分析经纱断头原因时不能孤立看待,要权衡利弊,对开口高度、经纱张力、后梭口长度等多个参数优化选择,找出最佳方案。 As to the thesis entitled as Innovation of the Production Process of the Satin Drill 5/3 for Better Loom Efficiency regarding the warp breakage,the paper comprehensively discusses about the shedding the- ory and the application. Conclusion is made that there is no theory of clean shedding or half clean shedding. Highlight should be given to the yarn tension. The satin drill with "top positioning group"and "slow start- up" can reduce the impact on the warp yarn when starting up, yet the impact will be severe when in flat heddling posion with more breakage while prolonging the rear shedding can reduce the variation of the yarn tension with advantages and disadvantages. It is suggested that positioning the breakage causes should not be in an isoliated way. The factors including shedding height,warp tension,rear shedding length should be considered for optimization.
