液压凿岩机钎尾的制作

摘要 钎尾选择FF-710钢,其毛坯进行充分而合理的锻造,严格机械加工过程,采用气体渗碳+等温淬火+低温回火的热处理工艺,在f=12~15的岩石中凿孔,钎尾的平均使用寿命约为2600m/支,接近进口钎尾的凿岩寿命,这为制造高寿命液压凿岩机钎尾提供了一种新的方法。 The FF-710 steel is selected for the drill shank and its billet gets through the sufficient and reasonable forging, the stringent machining process and the heat treatment process including gas carburizing, isothermal quenching and low-temperature tempering. When drilling in the rocks of f=12-15, the drill shank has a average service life of 2600m which approaches that of the imported shank. This provides a new method of manufacturing the drill shank with long service life used on the hydraulic rock drill.
