摘要
介绍了石油用潜孔钻具的使用情况及其钢体的选材原则。通过分析20Ni4Mo钢调质和渗碳淬火情况,选定渗碳淬火作为最终热处理工艺。
The paper covers the usage of petroleum DTH drilling tools and their material selection principles. Through the analysis of the quenching and tempering as well as carburizing and quenching on the 20Ni4Mo steel, the carburizing and quenching is designated as the final heat treating process.
