摘要
以丙烯酸和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-10)为原料,合成了丙烯酸/NP-10酯(BWZ),最佳条件为催化剂对甲苯磺酸的质量分数为单体总质量的1.6%,反应温度118℃,酯化率84%.BWZ水溶液的表面张力和临界胶束浓度均小于NP-10,且其对苯乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯的乳化力大于NP-10.以BWZ为乳化剂合成的苯丙乳液稳定性更好,且部分乳化剂聚合到乳胶粒上.
NP-10 acrylate (BWZ) was synthesized by direct-esterification from nonylphenol ethoxylates and acrylic acid. Under the optimal experimental conditions, namely the mass fraction of the catalyst p-methy benzene sulfonic acid was 1.6% and the reaction temperature was 118℃, its conversion rate could reach 84%. The surface tension and critical micelle concentration (cmc) of BWZ aqueous solution was lower than NP-10. BWZ's emulsifying ability of styrene and butyl acry- late is better than NP-10. Styrene-acrylic emulsion which was synthesized by BWZ has better stabili- ty. The results showed that part of BWZ has polymerized to emulsion particle.
