摘要
通过熔融共混法制备了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)共混物,采用动态机械分析仪研究其动态力学性能.结果表明:纯HDPE晶粒规整,相界线清晰,主要表现为脆性断裂;加入适量NBR后,HDPE的α转变温度移向低温,相界面模糊,转变为韧性断裂;综合考虑材料的尺寸稳定性,质量分数10%为NBR较佳的添加量.
HDPE/NBR composites were prepared by melt blending. The dynamic mechanical properties of the composites were investigated via dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). The re- suits showed that the pure HDPE had regular crystal particles; and clear phase interfaces, and it mainly displayed as brittle fracture. The temperature of α transition of HDPE shifted to a low area with adding an appropriate content of NBR. The HDPE/NBR composites had blur phase interface and they displayed as ductile fracture. Considering the dimensional stability of the materials, the preferred content of NBR was 10% .
