“软实力”概念批判与中国软实力建设路径探析

The Critique of the Concept of "Soft Power" and Analysis of the Path of China's Soft Power Building

约瑟夫·奈在20世纪90年代初提出了"软实力"概念,此后在世界范围内引起较大的关注,其中不乏批评与质疑,在中国亦是如此。国家汉办主导的孔子学院被视为我们在海外构建中国文化软实力的重要途径,可近年来的孔子学院风波使我们再次认识到奈的"软实力"概念的缺陷与不足。在我们构建软实力的过程中,需要对软实力的概念进行再建构,并针对中国软实力建设中的问题提出切实可行的政策路径。

Concept of soft power was put by Joseph Nye in the early 1990s,both attracting great concern worldwide and being criticized and questioned widely,even in China. Confucius Institute,in the charge of National Hanban,was regarded as one of the essential resources in building China's cultural soft power abroad. However,the Confucius Institute incident happened recently helped us realize the deficiency and vulnerability of concept of soft power. Consequently,in the way of building China's national soft power,we should reconstruct the theory and come up with feasible paths applying to the problems of building China's soft power.
