摘要
论述了用Visual Basic 2010编程语言实现陆浑水库调洪演算的方法和编程技巧,使用该程序可快速、方便、灵活地进行水库调洪计算,为水库及下游河道防洪决策提供依据。同时,针对目前陆浑水库洪水预报调度系统存在的库区雨量站不足、水位库容关系发生较大变化等问题,建议:①将水库上游雨量站增至40~50个;②进行洪水预报方案研究;③进行库容曲线复核测量。
This paper discussed flood routing methods and programming skills based on Visual Basic 2010. The results show that this program can be quickly, easily and flexibly used to calculate reservoir flood routing and provide the basis for the flood control decision of reservoir and down- stream river. For the current problems of Luhun Reservoir flood forecast system, such as lack of rainfall stations, greater change of relations between water level and storage capacity and other issues, some suggestions have been proposed: a)increase rainfall stations to 40 -50 in the upstream of this reservoir; b)further research flood forecasting; c)measure and verify the capacity curve.
