摘要
鉴于水资源承载能力评价中各指标的不确定性和模糊性,为提高水资源承载能力评价模型的分辨率,提出了一种有效和通用的模型——投影寻踪分类模型。以河北围场县为研究区,将全县分为5个评价区域,选取11个相关指标构建水资源承载能力评价模型,采用基于实数编码的加速遗传算法进行模型求解。结果表明:围场县注重水资源的开发与利用,但忽视了生态用水量的保障。
In view of the uncertainty and vagueness of the various indicators in the evaluation of the carrying capacity of water resources and in order to raise the resolution of tbe model of water resources carrying capacity, an effective and general model Projection Pursuit Classification Model was presented. In this paper, Weichang County of Hebei was selected as study area, according to the actual situation of Weichang, 11 indicators were chosen to use the accelerating genetic algorithm based on real-coded to find the optimal projection direction. The results show that the county focu- ses on the development and utilization of water resources while ignores the protection of the ecological water consumption.
