摘要
在对啤酒发酵工艺过程和参数控制进行分析的基础上,提出了基于西门子PLC的啤酒发酵温度自动控制系统设计方案。主要介绍温度控制系统构成以及模糊控制在PLC中的实现方法。
Basing on the analysis of production process and parameter control in beer fermentation, this paper proposes the design of temperature control system based on SIMENS programmable logic controller. The structure of the system as well as the method and principle of fuzzy control are mainly introduced.
