摘要
为验证整零贸易模式对汽车零部件企业生产效率的影响,选取A股上市零部件企业2001-2011年的面板数据进行两步回归。采用索洛模型计算各企业的全要素生产率;使用研发费用的一阶滞后项、配套客户数量一阶差分项,假定不同企业研发费用具有特定效应,进行回归分析。结果发现,贸易模式的开放程度对企业的全要素生产率存在显著的正向作用,并非所有企业都能通过增加研发投入来实现全要素生产率的提升。基于研究结论,提出汽车零部件厂商开放贸易模式、提高厂商全要素生产率的对策建议。
In order to verify the influences of trade mode in auto industry on the efficiency of parts manufacturers, we made a two-step regression by selecting panel data of 2001 -2011 from A share listed auto parts manufacturers. The total factor productivity of each manufacturer is calculated according to Solow Model; Assuming that research expenditures of different manufacturers have a specific effect, we conducted a regression analysis by using first-order lagged variable of research expenditure and first-order difference of customers' quantity. The result showed that the developing degree of trade mode had an obvious positive influence on manufacturers' total factor productivity and not all manufacturers can realize the promotion of total factor productivity by increasing research expenditures. Based the research result, this paper gives suggestions on the opening of trade model and the enhancement of total factor productivity.
