摘要
民办高校教师薪酬体系应体现教师人力资本价值。从人力资本概念入手,分析了民办高校现行薪酬体系及其存在的问题,提出了人力资本纳入民办高校教师薪酬体系的主导思想,进而从内在和外在两方面设计了民办高校教师薪酬体系,将教师人力资本盈余分享纳入其中,并给出教师人力资本贡献率的计算方法。
The teachers pay system of private colleges should reflect the value of human capital. From the concep! of human capital, this paper analyzes the current compensation system and the existing problems, puts forward the dominant idea of briogirlg human capital into the teachers pay system of private colleges, and then designs the teachers pay system of private colleges from inner aspect and outer aspect, puts the human capital surplus sharing of teachers' into the system and gives the calculation method of teacher human capital contribution rate.
