强化纪委对同级党委常委监督的实效性

Strengthening the Efficiency of Discipline Inspection Commission's Supervision on the Party Committee and Standing Committee at the Same Level

作为党内监督重要主体的纪委,如何对同级党委常委会成员进行有效监督已经成为反腐倡廉建设领域一个重要课题。然而,由于领导体制等多方面因素的影响,纪委的同级监督工作并没有充分发挥应有作用。为此,有必要从变革和完善纪委领导体制、创新纪委选人用人工作机制、优化纪委监督工作方式等方面,就如何提升纪委对同级党委常委会成员的监督实效性进行探究,以期能够提供相关经验借鉴。

The discipline inspection commission, as an important subject of supervision on the Party, how to carry on the effective supervision on the Party committee and standing committee members has become an important subject in the construction of anti-comiption field. However, due to the influences of various factors including leading system, the discipline inspection commission doesnt fully play its role in the supervision on the Party committee and standing committee at the same level. Therefore, it is necessary for discipline inspection to explore ways of improving the efficiency of supervision on the members of the Party committee and standing commit- tee by means of changing and improving the leadership system, innovating work mechanism of choosing and employing personnel and optimizing working ways of supervision, so as to provide experiences for reference.
