浅谈冲孔灌注桩在混凝土灌注过程中的质量控制

通过某高层建筑地基基础加固的工程实例,从混凝土拌合物、混凝土的首灌、水下混凝土的灌注、导管埋深等方面详细阐述了冲孔灌注桩在混凝土灌注过程中质量控制的要点。在混凝土灌注过程中,只要严格控制混凝土的首灌量及拌合物质量,控制好导管的埋深和配管,按施工程序及时起拔导管,就完全可以防止桩身混凝土离析、夹渣和断桩等质量事故的产生,保证桩的质量。

Through a foundation in high - rise building reinforcement engineering examples, quality control points in the process of concrete pouring of punching pile were expounded from the first pouring concrete, concrete mixture, underwater concrete perfusion and embedded depth of conduct pipe. Results show that strictly control of first pouring concrete quantity, concrete mixture quality as well as conduct pipe embedded depth and pulling off conduct pipe in time according to the program, can completely prevent segregation, wrapped in mud and broken pile body concrete pile such as accidents, and guarantee the quality of pile.
