上海市首轮重大节假日高速公路网运行特征分析

Shanghai Highway Network Characteristics during the first round of National Passenger Car Toll-free Policy

2012年国庆节开始,全国首次执行重大节假日小型客车免收通行费政策。受政策影响,小型客车流量增加明显,路网运行特征出现新的变化,通过对重大节假日上海高速公路网运行特征的总结分析,提出了运行保障工作改善建议,为今后公众出行选择以及进一步做好路网运行保障工作提供借鉴。

After the National Day of 2012,the first National Passenger Car Toll-free Policy for major holidays was carried out.Under the influence of the policy,passenger car traffic flow increased significantly and the road network characteristics appeared new changes.Based on the analysis of road network characteristics in shanghai during the major holidays,some recommendations for improving the road network running guarantee were suggested,working for the further improvement of public transportation and reference of road network running guarantee.
