13342例参检人群年龄特征及体检结果分析

Investigation on the feature of age and the examination results in 13342 cases of physical examination

目的分析体检人员年龄特点及查体概况,为预防保健提供依据。方法选取2009年10月至2012年8月在解放军总医院国际医学中心接受查体者为研究对象,共13 342例,所有人员均为全面查体。结果 13342名体检人群年龄15～91岁,平均(50.0±10.0)岁。内分泌及营养代谢性疾病(3899例)、循环系统疾病(3562例)、消化系统疾病(3539例)患病人数最多。内分泌及营养代谢性疾病中血脂紊乱(44.83%)、糖尿病(42.22%)比例最大,循环系统疾病中高血压病(81.78%)比例最大。消化系统疾病中胃部疾病(56.68%)和肠道疾病(29.98%)比例最大。结论体检人群以30～60岁居多;应针对高发的血脂紊乱、糖尿病、高血压及胃肠道疾病实行积极防治,重视健康生活方式的保护作用。

Objective To investigate the feature of age and the results of the health examination population. Methods A total number of 13342 cases who had overall examination were collected from October,2009 to August, 2012 in our medical center. Result The average age was 50.00± 10.0 year old, and the youngest was 15 year old and oldest was 91 year old. The number of endocrine-nutrition system and metabolic disease was 3899 whose main components were dyslipidemia （44.83%）and diabetes mellitus （42.22%）, system circulatorium was 3562 cases whose main component was hypertension （81.78%） and digestive system was 3539 cases whose main position were gastric （56.68%）and intestines （29.98%）. Conclusions Among the people who received medical examination, mid- life crowd is common, so either people or old people should do physical examination actively. And dyslipidemia, diabetes mellitus,hypertension and gastrointestinal tract diseases should be prevented effectively.
