摘要 目的研究健康人群颈动脉结构与年龄、性别及左右两侧的相关性。方法采用彩色多普勒超声对835例健康人行双侧颈动脉检查,观察颈动脉结构情况。结果 (1)颈总动脉内径在>50岁各年龄组均随年龄增长而加宽;颈总动脉内中膜在>40岁各年龄组均随年龄增长而加厚;颈动脉斑块的检出率随年龄增长呈增加趋势。(2)在40~50岁、50~60岁各年龄组男性颈动脉硬化斑块的检出率明显高于女性;在其他各年龄组男女之间颈动脉硬化斑块的检出率差异无统计学意义。(3)颈总动脉内膜中层厚度及单发颈总动脉斑块的检出率左侧大于右侧,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康人群颈动脉结构因年龄、性别及左右两侧结构不同而存在差异。 Objective To analyze the results of carotid Doppler ultrasound, and investigate the relationship between carotid structure and the age, sex, both side in healthy adults. Methods A total of 835 healthy adults were underwent bilateral carotid examination by Color Doppler ultrasound. Carotid structures were observed. Results ( 1 ) The internal diameter increased with age in arteria carotis communis in people over 50 years old, The intima-media thickness increased with age in arteria carotis communis in people over 40 years old, and the detection rates increased with age in carotid plaques. (2) The detection rate of carotid plaques in males was more than that in females at 40 50 years old and 50 ~ 60 years old. (3) The intima-media thickness of arteria carotis communis and the detection rate of carotid plaques in left side was more than that in right side (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion There is a difference in carot- id structure in healthy adults, and is related to age, sex and both side.
