食管相关疾病的治疗,尤其是我国高发肿瘤之一的食管癌,其介入治疗和手术治疗都需要对食管的解剖结构有详细了解,特别是食管的动脉和神经的来源、分布等,而相关方面的综合性文献甚少,遂就对食管的血供和神经支配加以详细阐述。

Treatment of esophageal disease, especially esophageal cancer,one of high-risk tumors in Chinac13 , re- quires a detailed understanding of the anatomical structure of the esophagus, the origin and distribution of esophageal arteries and nerves in intervention therapy and surgery. However, the related aspects of the comprehensive litera- tures are little. In this article, the blood supply and innervation of the esophagus are reviewed.
