激光局部照射联合药物治疗HP感染性消化性溃疡的临床观察

Clinical study of the treatment through endoscopic laser irradiation combine with medicine for peptic ulcer with HP infected

目的 :探讨激光胃内局部照射对消化性溃疡治疗、幽门螺杆菌 (HP)根除及防止溃疡复发的影响 ;方法 :在常规抗溃疡药物治疗同时 ,经胃镜插入光导纤维 ,以Nd-YAG泵浦激光行溃疡局部及胃窦照射 ,治疗后定期观察疗效 ,HP根除及消化性溃疡(PU)复发情况 ;结果 :治疗组与对照组的PU愈合率分别为 1 0 0 %和 87 1 8% ,HP根除率分别为 93 1 0 %和 71 79% ,而二组PU3年内总复发率分别为 3 85 %和 2 3 81 % ,均有显著性差异 ;结论 :激光局部照射治疗对于PU的愈合、HP的根除具有明显促进作用 ,并有助于降低PU复发率 ,提高溃汤愈合质量 (QUH)。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Nd-YAG laser irradiation to the stomach ulcer treatment,HP eradication and ulcer prevention.Methods:Conventional medicine against ulcer is used,and fiber of light is conducted into by endoscopy,to irradiate the part of ulcer and gastric antrum.After treatment,it needs to be observed regularly to see the result of the treatment,eradication of HP and the recurring of ulcer.Results:The ulcer's healing rates in the group of the cured and the group of comparison are 100% and 87.18% respectively,and the rates of HP eradication in the two groups are 93.10% and 71.79%.the difference is obvious,and the rates of ulcer reoccuring in the two groups are 3.85% and 23.81% in three years.Conclusion:Laser irradiation benefits the patients on ulcer's healing and HP eradication,and are helpful to reduce the rates of peptic ulcer reoccuring as well as to increase the quality ulcer healing(QUH).
