“家园共育”内涵剖析与幼儿教育发展探究 被引量:17

摘要 "家园共育"是将家庭、家长与幼儿园、幼师,一开始通过互联网等形式,紧密联系起来,使得二者信息共享、优势互补。"家园共育"无疑是新世纪以来幼儿教育的一次重大创新突破契机,它并不是简单的网站形式,还包含了制度化的园长接待日、日常化的幼师家访、例行化的家长入园活动及优质化的后勤服务管理等基本内容,具有整合教育资源、形成教育合力及培养价值观与责任感等三大方面的优势。然而,时下"家园共育"还要继续克服自身"家"、"园"之间的双向互动不足、信息共享不充分的软肋,最终使得家长与幼师之间信息共享、互相学习,以更加全面地培养幼儿成才成人。 "Home-kindergarten alliant preschool education"is a new education way that combine home and kindergarten, parents and teachers tightly, through website at the beginning in order to share the information of the kids'raising and explore mutual advantages to the full. "Home-kindergarten alliant preschool education" is definitely a fresh trial in the kids education during the transformation age. It makes a great breakthrough to enlarge its conception: including the institutional kindergarten leaders open day, common teachers'home care visit, regular parents ' kindergarten visit and excellent logistics service etc. "Home-kindergarten alliant preschool education"has three advantages that it will combine education resources, create the education joint force and raise value and obligation. Now it should overcome the disadvantages such as the interaction deficient of home-kindergarten, the shortcoming of information sharing insufficiency in order to promote parents and teachers'mutual learning and information sharing for the final goal "make sure the preschool education to create more talents".
