摘要
为加强高职高专院校青年教师队伍建设,展示和检阅青年教师教学水平和综合素质,进一步提高青年教师教学能力和课堂教学质量,高职高专院校有必要开展青年教师教学竞赛。通过对高职高专院校青年教师教学竞赛的特点分析,并探索青年教师教学竞赛中存在的不足和问题,提出了进一步做好高职高专院校青年教师教学竞赛的建议。
In order to strengthen young teachers team construction in higher vocational college, to display and inspect the youth teachers＇teaching level and comprehensive quality, and to improve young teachers＇teaching ability and the quality of classroom teaching, it is necessary for higher vocational college to launch young teachers＇teaching contest. By analyzing the characteristics and exploring deficiencies and problems of young teachers＇teaching contest in higher vocational college, the author gives some suggestions on further accomplish young teachers＇teaching contest.
