全球化背景下创新发展大学生法治信仰教育的探讨

Study on the Development and Innovation of College Students' Belief in Law Education under the Background of Globalization

法治信仰是高校思想政治教育工作的主题之一。党的十八大对国家法治化的进程提出了新时期的新要求。在全球化背景下,提升大学生的法治信仰对于贯彻落实我国的依法治国方略乃至"中国梦"的实现具有极为重要的现实意义。大学生的法治信仰教育应当积极调整,不断提高实效性以应对全球化所带来的机遇和挑战。文章由大学生法治信仰教育工作的目标入手,进而分析了其必要性,最后提出了创新发展的对策、建议,以期推动其完善与进步。

Belief in the rules of law is one of the main themes of the ideo-political education work. New requirements of law process are put forward in the new period of the 18th Congress of the CCP. It is of practical and strategic significance to enhance students＇belief in the rule of law to implement the strategy and the ＂ Chinese dream ＂ of the rule of law in China under the background of globalization,. Their belief in the rule of law education should be adjusted actively and improved effectively to respond to the opportunities and challenges of globalization. In this paper, starting with goals of the college students＂ belief in the rule of law education, its necessity is analyzed, and some countermeasures and suggestions of innovation and development are put forward in order for us to promote the perfection and progress.
