我军在86年辉煌历程中积累了丰富而宝贵的革命化现代化正规化建设的历史经验。其主要有:坚持党的绝对领导,统一思想政治工作;坚持现代化为中心,促进部队全面建设;坚持依法从严治军,贯彻落实条令法规;注重军队质量建设,走中国式精兵之路。探究这些历史经验,对于促进新形势下我军战斗力生成模式的转变,提升我军信息化作战能力,建设一支正规的信息化军队具有极其重要的意义。

Our army has accumulated valuable and rich historical experience of revolutionization, mod- ernization and regularization in its glorious course of eighty-six years. What is particularly important is adhering to the Party＇s leadership, unifying ideological and political work, keeping modernization as the central task, promoting comprehensive military construction, running the army strictly according to the law implementing decrees and regulations, attaching importance to the military quality con- struction, and taking the road of Chinese-style crack troops. The exploration of the historical experi- ence is of great significance to promoting changes in the mode of generating combat capabilities in the new situation and enhancing information warfare capabilities and constructing a regular army of infor- mationization.
