摘要
目的探讨在校大学生人际关系与心理健康的关系,为在校大学生的心理健康教育与辅导提供新的思路。方法采用大学生人际关系量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)测试在校大学生,并进行相关分析。结果在校大学生受人际关系困扰的百分比为46.09%(53/115);9.57%(11/115)的学生可能存在比较严重的心理问题;77.39%(89/115)的学生可能有轻度的心理问题;对人际关系和心理健康进行相关分析与回归分析时发现人际关系测量总分及其各因子(交谈困扰、交际交友困扰、待人接物困扰和异性交往困扰)与SCL-90的总分及其所有因子均有着显著的正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论在校大学生人际关系与心理健康紧密相关,改善在校大学生的人际关系有助于提高其心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the relationship between interpersonal relation and psychological neaim m undergraduates, and to provide new threads for mental health education and counseling in undergraduates. Methods 120 undergraduates were assessed with College Students Interpersonal Relation Assessment Scale (CSIRA) and Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90). Results of the two scales were analyzed by using correlation analysis. Results The percentage of college students with interpersonal relation disturbance was 46.09% (53/115). Serious psychological problems existed in 9.57 % ( 11/115 ) students and mild psychological problems existed in 77.39% ( 89/115 ) students. Total score and four factor scores of CSIRA, which included conversational disturbance, social communication disturbance, disturbance of getting along with people, disturbance of heterosexual communication, were significantly positively correlated with total score and all factor scores of SCL-90 (P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ): Conclusion Interpersonal relations are closely correlated with psychological health in undergraduates. Improving interpersonal relations in guner college students is helpful for improving their psychological health.
