精神分裂症患儿家属心理健康状况调查分析

Psychological status of the parents of children with schizophrenia

目的了解精神分裂症患儿家属的心理健康状况。方法随机抽取60例来我院就诊的精神分裂症儿童的家属作为研究组,60例健康体检儿童家属作为对照组,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对调查对象进行问卷调查。结果研究组的人际关系敏感、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性、阳性项目数及阳性症状总分均明显高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精神分裂症儿童家属主要症状表现包括头痛、易哭泣、易激动和烦恼以及失眠等。结论精神分裂症患儿家属存在着比较严重的心理健康隐患,应对其采取有针对性的干预措施,促进他们的心理健康。

Objective To investigate the psychological status of the parents of children with schizophrenia. Methods The parents of 60 children with schizophrenia （study group） and parents of 60 healthy children （control group） were assessed with Symptom Checklist-90 （ SCL-90 ）. Results Factor scores of interpersonal sensitivity, somatization, depression, anxiety, psychoticism, number of positive items and total score of positive symptoms in study were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive symptoms in study group mainly consisted of headache, being easy to cry, irritability, vexation and insomnia. Conclusion There are serious psychological problems in parents of children with schizophrenia. It is necessary to take targeted intervention measures to improve their psychological status.
