经骶尾入路盆腔低位肿瘤切除术(附9例报告)

REMOVAL OF LOW TUMOR OF PELVIS THROUGH SACROCOC-CYGEAL ROUTE: A REPORT OF 9 CASES

目的：探讨经骶尾入路盆腔低位肿瘤切除的应用价值。方法：回顾性总结１９９５年１月至１９９０年１０月经手术及病理证实的盆腔肿瘤９例。其中，囊肿１例，畸胎瘤２例，脂肪瘤２例，脂肪肉瘤１例，神经纤维瘤２例，神经鞘瘤１例。结果：全部病例均经骶尾入路切创造，尤任何并发症．切口无感染，Ｉ愈合。随访６月至４年，无一复发。结论：经骶尾入路盆腔低位肿瘤切除，手术创伤小，患者恢复快，并发症少．是肛肠外科较理想的手术方法。

Objective: To study the effectiveness of removal of low tumor of pelvis through sacro- coccygeal route. Methods: Nine patients with low tumor of pelvis receiving in the hospital from May 1995 to October 1999 were retrospectively reviewed. There were 1 cystis, 2 teratomas, 2 lipomas. 1 liposarcoma, 2 neurofibromas, 1 schwannoma. Results: All tumors of pelvis were resect- ed through sacrococcygeal route. All patients had first intention healing. with out incisional infec- tion. No recurrence was observed in a follow up period from 6 months to 4 years after opera- tion. Conclusion: Removal of low tumor of pelvis through sacrococcygeal route has the advantages of small operation wound. rapid recovery and low rate of complication. It is an important method to treat low tumor of pelvis.
