高位括约肌间脓肿的诊断和治疗

THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF HIGH INTRAMUSCULAR ABSCESS

目的：探讨高位括约肌间脓肿的诊断和治疗．方法：１９９７年１月至１９９８年１２月收治２０例高位括约肌间脓肿，术前外院误诊８例，确诊１２例，全部行一期手术根治治疗，采用扩大内口，粘腹挂线分离，肛管皮肤切开外引流．结果：２０例均获随访１～２年，均无复发。结论：肛门指诊、肛窥镜检查和直肠腔内Ｂ超能明确诊断高位括约肌间脓肿，治疗措施安全，操作简易，治愈率高。

Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment of high intramuscular abscess. Method: From January 1997 to December 1998, 20 cases with intial attacks of high intramuscular abscess were hospitalized and treated by one-staged operation which includes enlarging anal gland exit. mucosal flap and anal canal skin incise and drainage. Result: All cases were followed-up from 1 to 2 year, and all recovered without recurrence. Conclusion: High intramuscular abscess can be easily diagnosed by anal finger palpation and anal scope, and this approach is an alternative treatment of high intramuscular abscess.
