鞍区原始神经外胚层肿瘤1例报道并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 原始神经外胚层肿瘤（primitiveneuroectodermaltumor，PNET）是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤，恶性程度高，预后差。近年来PNET的报道逐渐增加，但鞍区PNET报道不多，临床及病理医师对其认识较少。本院2012年2月收治了1例鞍区PNET病例，并结合文献复习，对该病的临床病理特点、诊断、治疗及预后做初步的探讨。
