摘要
利用海迅数据库提供的实时和历史数据并根据有序用电序位表,开发了有序用电监视及辅助决策系统。将实时监视、智能分析筛选、准确记录等各项功能集为一体,系统投运后极大地提高了有序用电拉限电执行的快速性、合理性和有效性。
By using real-time and historic data provided by HighSoon real-time database and in accordance with the order form of orderly power utilization, the decision-making support system for orderly utilization is developed, which integrates real-time monitoring with intelligent analysis and screening as well as correct recording. After the system is put into operation, power rationing becomes more rapid, rational and effective.
