海马神经毯内线粒体和突触小泡的定量研究

A Quantitative Study on Mitochondria and Synaptic Vesicle in Hippocampal Neuropil

用体视学定量分析方法对 5个不同年龄组 (2d ,8d ,18d ,30d ,4 2d)的沙士鼠脑海马CA1区神经毯内的线粒体、突触小泡和突触进行了研究 .分别测量了线粒体的体密度、面数密度、外膜比表面和嵴膜面密度 ;测量了突触小泡和突触的面数密度 .研究结果与对枕叶视皮质区的研究结果相似 .

By stereological quantitative method, mitochondria, synapse and synaptic vesicle in hippocampal neuropil CAI in gerbils in five different age groups(2?d, 8?d, 18?d, 30?d, and 42?d) were studied. Volume density, numerical density on area, outer membrane specific surface and crest membrane surface density of the mitochondria were calculated. Numerical density on area of synaptic vesicles and synapses were calculated. The result was similar to the that on the occipital cortex of visual area.
