摘要
为进一步探索XDH治疗牙齿敏感症的机理 ,选取 12名健康志愿者作对照 ,32名我院门诊龈炎患者为受试对象 .采用Gress法测试受试者用药前后唾液内NO2 - 含量 ,从而简接反映唾液NO水平的变化 .结果显示 :用药后对照组和实验组唾液内NO水平均有升高 ,且与用药前有显著性差别 (P <0 0 0 1) .提示 :XDH能在口腔微环境中产生NO ,使敏感区开放的小管内牙髓神经末梢敏感性降低 ,从而迅速达到脱敏效果 .
