摘要 对近年来国内外对神经营养因子 - 3的研究现况作一综述 .简介其发现、生化特点、分布和生物学作用 ,并重点探讨其在神经损伤修复中的作用 . Concered with the latest work both at home and abroad on neurotrophin-3 (NT-3),we mainly reviewed the recent studies on the discovery,distribution,biochemical characteristic,and biological activity of it. And the relationship between NT-3 and nerve injury was also primarily discussed.
