摘要
目的 :研究虎杖煎剂对大白鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法 :采用急性CCl4肝损伤模型 ,实验设虎杖煎剂大、中、小剂量治疗组、对照组和正常组 ,观察各组大白鼠血浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、山梨醇脱氢酶 (SDH)活性变化。结果 :虎杖煎剂三个剂量治疗组均能降低血MDA含量和SDH活性 ,增加SOD活性 ,减轻肝损伤程度。中剂量效果最佳。结论 :虎杖煎剂具有良好的保护CCl4 致大鼠急性肝损伤的作用 ,尤以中剂量疗效最佳 。
Objective To research the protective effect of polygoni on liver injury induced by perchlormethane.Method The liver injury was induced by perchlormethane,then the animals were divided into four groups-three of them treated by of polygoni high,middle and low dosage espectively,and the another one as control without treatment.The SDH,SOD activities and MDA level in serum were measured for each group.Results In all groups treated with polygoni especially in middle dosage the MDA level and SDH activity were obviously decreased.Conclusion Polygoni has good protective effect on acute liver injury by perchlormethane,the mechanism may be relating to inhibiting the lipid peroxidation.
