目的 :探讨整合素α4 β1/VCAM -1在肺结核淋巴细胞募集过程中的作用。方法 :取 4 0例肺结核患者的肺组织石蜡标本 ,用免疫组化方法检测肺组织中淋巴细胞是否表达整合素α4 β1,以及血管内皮细胞是否表达血管细胞粘附分子 -1 (VCAM -1 )。结果 :肺组织中大量淋巴细胞表达整合素α4 β1,同时发现血管内皮细胞表达VCAM -1呈阳性。结论 :整合素α4 β1/VCAM

Objective To study the role of integrin α 4β 1 and vascular cell adhesion molecular-1 (VCAM-1) in the recruitment of lymphocyte in the pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods We used immunohistochemistry to investigate whether the integrin α 4β 1 would be expressed in lymphocytes and the VCAM-1 in endothelial cells among 40 patients snffered from pulmonary tuberculosis choiced at random.Results In the lung tissues lymphocytes expressed integrin α 4β 1 and endothelial cells expressed VCAM-1 positively.Conclusions The integrin α 4β 1 and VCAM-1 played an important role in the recruitment of lymphocytes in the pulmonary tuberculosis.
