异位于蝶窦及筛窦颅咽管瘤一例并文献复习

摘要
颅咽管瘤是胚胎期颅咽管残余组织发生的良性肿瘤，其发病率约占成人颅内肿瘤的3％，在儿童颅内肿瘤中占10％。大多数颅咽管瘤起源于蝶鞍并向上发展，少数肿瘤位于蝶鞍内或第三脑室。颅咽管瘤向蝶鞍下生长临床上非常少见，异位于蝶窦、筛窦的颅咽管瘤极为罕见。
