P16和C-erbB-2在肺鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of P16 and C-erbB-2 and its Significance in Lung Squamous Carcinoma

目的 :探讨P1 6和C -erbB -2与肺鳞癌的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化S -P法 ,对 4 5例存档石腊包埋的肺鳞癌标本进行P1 6和C -erbB -2蛋白表达检测。结果 :P1 6和C -erbB -2的阳性表达率在肺鳞癌分别为 4 2 .2 %和 51 .1 % ;P1 6的阳性表达在有无淋巴结转移情况间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5) ;C -erbB -2的阳性表达在临床分期及有无淋巴结转移方面有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :P1 6低表达和C -erbB

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of P16 and C-erbB-2 and lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC).Methods Immunohistochemical staining was performed by streptavidin peroxidase (S-P) assay on archival paraffin materials of 45 LSCC.Results The positive staining rates for P16 and C-erbB-2 in the LSCC were 42.2%,51.1%.The expression of P16 is statistically different between the cases with and without lymph node metastasis.There were significant corelations of C-erbB-2 overexpression with advanced clinical stage and positive lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The decreased expression of P16 and the overexpression of C-erbB-2 may be regarded as a group of prognostic indicators for the LSCC.
