摘要
主动悬架系统和电动转向系统分属于现代汽车不同的底盘系统,但它们之间相互作用、相互影响。文章以LS430主动悬架系统和电动助力转向系统为研究对象,在应用原车配件的基础上设计开发了主动悬架及电动转向系统模拟实验装置,通过本系统不仅能够清楚地了解主动悬架及电动助力转向系统的结构组成,提取不同的传感器数据波形、动态数据流等,而且能够再现原车主动悬架和电动转向系统的控制策略和控制过程,同时利用该模拟实验装置,能够方便学校教学和企业培训。
Active suspension system and electric power steering system belong to different chassis systems, but they are closely related to each other. By taking the LS430 active suspension system and electric power steering system as example, a simulation test system of active suspension and electric power steering system is designed and developed on the basis of the original car accessories, which can not only clearly understand the structure, obtain different sensors' date waveform and dynamic date flow, but also reproduce the control strategy and control process which is useful for teaching and training.
