新疆与发达地区示范高职院校师资队伍建设的比较研究

A Comparative Study on Construction of Teaching Staff in Modeling Vocational Colleges between Xinjiang and Developed Areas of China

新疆与发达地区的职业教育因经济基础和教育环境的差异而产生差距。当前,影响新疆职业教育质量最突出的问题还是专业师资不足和高水平师资缺乏。通过新疆与发达地区示范高职院校师资队伍建设情况的比较和分析,探讨如何借鉴发达地区的先进经验,加强新疆高职院校师资队伍建设,促进新疆职业教育事业又快又好的发展。

The vocational education in Xinjiang has a certain disparity compared with that in the fast developed areas of China because of the economic status and education environment. The most important influence at present on Xinjiang higher vocational education is lack of teaching staff, especially teachers of high level. The paper compares the construction of teaching staff between Xinjiang and the developed areas of China, discusses the advanced experiences in these developed areas and proposes some measures to promote the construction of teaching staff in Xinjiang vocational colleges.
