摘要
文章借助组织支持理论分析出高职教师职业倦怠的组织影响因素包括:教学工作量大,工作重复单一;不合理的薪酬机制和评价机制;不公平的组织文化氛围;特殊的领导风格和不科学的领导方式。在此基础上提出高职教师职业倦怠的组织干预策略:以人为本,积极塑造有凝聚力的校园文化;树立现代教育管理理念,完善学校管理机制体制;改进完善学校领导方式,提高高职教师的责任心和自主性;加强教师激励,凝聚集体的智慧,点燃教师激情。
The paper summarizes the factors of job burnout in the teachers of vocational colleges which includes heavy workload, work duplication, unreasonable compensation and evaluation mechanism, unfair organizational culture, weird leadership style and so on. The paper, with the help of organizational support theory, proposes some organizational intervention strategies: people-oriented, creating a positive campus culture, using the modern teaching management concept, perfecting school management system, improving administration styles, triggering the teachers' sense of responsibility and initiative, motivate teachers' passion.
