摘要
2008年国际金融危机爆发后,美国国内主张发展制造业、改变经济过分依赖服务业尤其是金融业的呼声日益高涨。奥巴马政府也采取了一系列措施实行制造业回归美国的再工业化。2010—2012年,美国制造业出口增速高达22%,超过进口增速19.3%。中美早已互为第二大贸易伙伴,美国制造业回流的举措必然加剧中美贸易摩擦,增加我国制造业产品出口压力,影响我国装备制造业的升级和就业,对此,我国应加大对核心产业的扶持力度,促进产业升级;加大科研投入,促进技术创新;开拓多元化市场,同时激发国内需求;提升教育质量,加大教育投资。
Since the global financial crisis in 2008 break out, more and more economists and policy advisors in US have advoca- ted to develop manufacturing and reduce over - dependence of US economy on service especially finance. America government has taken a series of measures to make manufacturing industry return the re-industrialization of America. From 2010 - 2012 manufacturing export speed of US came to 22% ,exceeding import speed of 19.3%. China and US have already been the second trading partner of each other,the back - flow of manufacturing in US will inevitably intensify Sino - US trade friction and put pressure on the export of our manufactured products. Consequently upgrading of manufacturing in our country and employment will be affected. Therefore we should support the development of core industry and quicken the step of industrial upgrade. Also we should spend more research fund on technological innovation and enlarge global market. At the same time, we should stimulate domestic demand and improve education level.
