影响国际合资企业技术获取的跨国公司技术转移能力研究

摘要 国际合资企业(IJVs)是本土企业向跨国公司技术学习的有效方式,技术获取不仅受接收者的吸收能力影响,而且也受技术转移者的转移能力影响。本文尝试明确跨国公司技术转移能力的关键构成要素,提出关于跨国公司技术转移能力对国际合资企业技术获取的正向作用关系假设,以高新区中外合资企业为样本实证检验,研究发现,相关知识拥有、先前合作经验、与合资企业开放沟通、积极参与管理和外籍专家流动等要素对合资企业技术获取有显著正向影响;培训支持必须与参与管理相结合,才能发挥其正向综合效应。 International joint ventures (IJVs) are an efficient means to learn technology from multinational enterprise (MNEs) for local firms. Technology acquisition is not only determined by absorptive capacity of ac- quirer but also highly influenced by technology transfer capacity of transferor. This paper attempts to determine key components within MNEs' transfer technology capability, and proposes propositions of positive relationships between MNEs' transfer technology capabiility and IJVs' technology acquisition. This paper tests propositions u- sing a sample of Sino-foreign equity joint ventures from high-tech zone in Fujian. The research results indicate that, the factors including possession of relevant knowledge, prior collaborative experience, open communication with IJVs, active managerial involvement and transfer of expatriate experts all strongly and positively affect IJVs' learning, and the combination of support in management and training generates a positive synergy effect.
