超文本文学是文学与技术"联姻"的产物。计算机技术发展带来的人机交互界面以及超链接技术手段为超文本文学提供迥异于印刷文本的新特质。这些新质表现在文学文本呈现、文本阅读与写作方面。超文本文学文本结构的多线性、阅读上交互性,通过链接形成的文本意义的动态增殖属性也是在计算机技术的协助下得以实现。

With the help of computer technology, the hypertext literature is born. The development of computer science makes hypertext literature some new features by introducing Man-Machine Interface and Hy- perlink. These new features involve the presentation of texts, reading and writing. Multilinear structure, in- teractive reading process and dynamic proliferation of text meaning produced by hyperlinks come into being with the aid of computer technology.
