Teachers competency framework plays an important role in deciding the quality of the training and education for talents and in influencing the comprehensive national power and international prestige of the country in the future. At present, from the non-intellectual perspective of training talents, in order to cultivate high-quality student teachers and improve the professional competence of the teachers, teachers training insti- tutions ought to attach importance to the sound development and maintain the deep professional affection of the student teachers; they ought to improve the self-awareness and strengthen the professional attitude of the student teachers; they also ought to intensify the professional perception of the student teachers and establish the noble professional value of the teachers.
