摘要
采用常规选矿方法对氧化矿中的铜进行回收,均没有达到理想的选矿指标,通过试验及工业生产实践,利用浮选协同效应,将氧化矿与硫化矿按比例配矿处理,获得了较为合理的选矿指标,氧化矿铜回收率相对提高了2.27%,已应用到实际生产,有效地提高矿产资源的利用率,合理实现优化矿产资源的配置。
Using conventional beneficiation methods for recycling copper from copper oxide ore, it could not receive ideal beneficiation index. Through experiment and industrial production practice, using synergy effects of the flotation, adopting the method of blending the copper oxide ore and copper sulphide ore, a more reasonable beneficiation indexes were obtained, and the copper recovery of copper oxide ore has been improved by 2.27%. The method of ore treatment has been applied in the production practice, and this could realize the improvement of the comprehensive and reasonable utilization of mineral resources.
