摘要
针对传统的船舶停靠报港方式存在停靠频繁、能源浪费严重、管理效率低下、易引起船舶碰撞等问题,将一种基于GPS终端的船舶免停靠报港系统技术应用到船舶报港系统中。介绍了船舶免停靠报港系统的主要组成部分、工作原理以及整体结构框架,提出了该系统GPS终端设备的软、硬件设计方案以及系统服务器功能软件模块的划分方法,建立了整个船舶免停靠报港系统软、硬件之间的数据传输方式和功能模块间的相互关系;在实际前期开发实验设备的具体调试过程中对船舶免停靠报港系统进行了详细的评价,并且进行了系统数据库网关软件的接收、发送数据测试实验。研究结果表明,该船舶免停靠报港系统能够实现研究预期的基本功能,开发人员开发起来容易并且用户使用起来也比较简单。
Aiming at the problem of traditional ship dock harbor report exist docking frequent, serious waste of energy, low efficiency of man- agement and so on, the one which design and implementation of ship dock harbor report of free system based on GPS terminal was investiga- ted. After the introduction of the main components, working principle and overall structure of the system, the hardware and software design of GPS terminal equipment and the functions of each module of the server software were proposed. The relationship between the hardware and software of the whole system was established. The ship dock harbor report of free system was evaluated on the process of equipment debug- ging, and the receiving and sending data of system gateway were tested. The results indicate that the system can achieve the desired basic functions, easy to exploit and use.
