摘要 目的研究口腔医学医生对结构化电子病历系统的满意度。方法给门诊一线医生发放调查问卷,从电子病历模板、病历撰写速度、系统稳定性、培训情况、期望与现实的差距、总体满意度等6个方面对电子病历的满意度进行调查。结果共收回有效调查问卷74份,根据科室性质将其合并为口腔内科、口腔外科、口腔综合科3类,结果显示新系统在系统稳定性、期望与现实的差距以及总体满意度3个方面得分较低,其中"系统稳定性"中的"系统死机"在科室间的评分差别显著(P<0.05)。 Objective To investigate the satisfaction of stomatological outpatient structured EMR ( Electronic Medical Record I system through questionnaire after two and half months'implementation. Method Questionnaires were distributed to dentists who were working on the dental chair and collected after 2 days. The satisfaction questionnaire consists of 6 categories and 12 items, which includes "Medical record template", "Time to complete a copy of EMR" ," Reliability" , "Training" , "Expectation" and "Total impression". Result 74 copies of valid questionnaires were received. All clinical departments were clustered into 3 classes, which were "oral surgery" , "oral medicine" and "oral general". It is shown that the satisfaction degree of " Reliability" ," Expectation" and "Total impression" is low. It also reveals that there was a significant difference of satisfaction in "system halted" among different classes of departments. This study explores the assessment methods of dentist satisfaction with information system. The result may guide the improvement of outpatient EMR system, and the evaluation methods may be useful in other system assessment.
