Increasing the Utilization of Self-Service Paying Machine among Inpatients

目的提高住院患者自助缴费机的使用率。方法 QC小组活动。结果住院患者自助缴费机的使用率由活动前的3.89%提高到活动后的6.61%,达到了活动目标。结论本次活动解决了病人"缴费难"问题,有效提高了自助缴费机的使用率,保障了患者财产安全。

Objective To increase the utilization of self - service paying machine among inpatients. Method QC group activities. Result The utilization rate of self- service paying machine among inpatients increased from 3.89% to 6.61% after the activity which achieved the target. Conclusion The activities solved problem of ＂difficulty on paying＂ , effectively improved the utilization rate of self - service paying machine, and protected the safety of patientg property.
