摘要
目的提高洗衣房服务质量满意度。方法 QC小组活动。结果洗衣房服务质量满意度由活动前的39.5%提高到活动后的76%。结论通过QC小组活动,提升了洗衣房工作人员素质,提高了洗衣房服务质量满意度。
Objective To improve the quality of service of hospital laundry. Method QC group activities. Result The satisfaction degree on quality of service of hospital laundry improved from 39.5% to 76%. Conclusion QC group activities can enhance overall quality of laundry staff, and improve the satisfaction degree on quality of service of hospital laundry.
