结合工作实践,分析了机采血小板献血者不良反应的表现及原因,提出应从采集前、采集中、发生不良反应、采集后4个环节进行优质护理管理。机采血小板献血者优质护理的落实,降低了不良反应发生率,稳定了献血者队伍,保证了献血者安全。

Combined with work practice, the paper analyzed the performance and reasons of adverse effects in apheresis platelet donors, put forward quality care management should be performed from four processes including before, during and after the collection, and occurrence of adverse effects.
