焊接转子窄间隙焊接接头冲击韧性数值研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用微压剪方法测试了1 000 MW核电汽轮机焊接转子焊接接头的剪切强度,并由均质母材拟合确定了剪切强度与屈服强度间的关系,反推得到整个焊接接头微区屈服强度,利用有限元法LS-DYNA显式动力学分析软件,对焊接接头动态冲击过程进行了数值模拟。分别计算了缺口位于焊缝中心、距焊缝中心2 mm,4 mm,6 mm,8 mm,10 mm及热影响区时冲击过程中的吸收功,分析了冲击韧性的变化及焊接接头力学不均匀性对冲击韧性的影响。 The shearing strength of welded rotor welded joint for 1 000 MW nuclear turbine by the micro compression-shear method, the relationship between shearing strength and yield strength was determined by the homogeneous parent metal fitting, so the micro-region yield strength of the whole welded joint was obtained. The numerical simulation of dynamic impact procedure of welded joint was carried out by using finite element dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA. The absorbed energies which groove located in weld centre, 2,4,6,8,10mm from weld centre line and HAZ. It also analyzed the change of impact touthness, and the influence of uneven mechanical property in welded joint to impact toughness.
