摘要
以Φ139.7 mm×7.72 mm/9.17 mm SEW N80和P110套管为例建立几何模型,利用套管抗挤强度计算公式、有限元分析及套管挤毁试验研究了套管抗挤毁性能的影响因素。结果表明,径厚比、屈服强度是造成套管挤毁失效的主要影响因素;外径不圆度、残余应力的影响次之;壁厚不均度影响最小。另外,外径不圆度、壁厚不均度及残余应力的综合作用对套管的抗挤毁性能也有一定的影响。
In this article, taking the developed φ139.7mm× 7.72 mm/9.17 mm SEW NS0 and P110 oil casing as samples, the influence factors of casing collapse resistance were studied by casing collapse resistance calculating formula, finite element analysis and casing collapse experiment. The results showed that the diameter-thick ratio ,wall thickness and yield strength are the main parameters of influencing the collapse failure, the influence of outside diameter ovality and residual stress is less, and the influence of wall thickness unevenness is the least. In addition, the comprehensive interaction of outside diameter ovality, wall thickness unevenness and residual stress has certain influence on the collapse resistance.
